Almost anything can go inside of a dumpster, such as household trash, furniture such as tables, chairs and couches, construction debris, shingles, landscaping waste, clothes, general trash, and more. However, our dumpsters cannot accept hazardous materials, including paint, aerosols, asbestos, chemicals, oils, gasoline and pesticides. When you rent our dumpsters, you will receive a full list of the items that we do not accept or that would have an extra fee if found inside the dumpster, and that list can also be found by clicking here. If you are disposing bricks, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or any other aggregates, you cannot overfill past the dedicated fill line, and those materials cannot be mixed with any other debris. Our 6 and 8 yard dumpster prohibit those materials, as well.

Your dumpster can be filled all the way to the top, as long as it is level with the utmost rim of your container. If you overfill it, you may have to remove the excess until it is level with the rim. An additional fee can be charged if the dumpster is overfilled and our driver has to remove items to ensure it is safe to transport. Save yourself time and money and don’t overfill! If you are afraid there won’t be enough room, review our rental rates and consider ordering a larger size to avoid penalties.
413 Dumpster takes every available measure to decrease the possibility of damaging your pavement. Our trucks are equipped with a system that lowers the dumpster with remarkable control, setting it gently on the ground. To increase your pavement protection, we do recommend that you put a sheet of plywood down before we lower the dumpster onto your pavement. This small measure will prevent minor surface scratches. Additionally, when booking, you can make a note that you would like us to bring driveway protection - we'd be more than happy to do so!
413 Dumpster wants to make your rental process as easy and as convenient as possible for you. You do not have to be present for delivery or for pick up as long as your rental contract is digitally signed. When ordering, whether online or by calling our office, please give details notes on where you would like the dumpster to be placed and our drivers will make sure it is perfect every time. For pick up, the driver just shows up and takes your dumpster, as well.
A 2 hour delivery or pick up window can be provided upon request, as well. Our drivers always notify you that they are on their way to deliver your dumpster via phone call 30 minutes ahead of their arrival.

413 Dumpster understands that situations can change and that reservations have to be adjusted. If cancelling your reservation, please give at least a 24 hour notice from the date of your scheduled delivery to ensure we have it removed from our delivery routes. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, or a credit can be applied to your account towards future rentals. Please note that refunds take 5-7 business days to process. If cancelling upon delivery of the dumpster, there will be a fee assessed with the cancellation.
Any dumpster rentals requiring extension beyond the 7 day period for 6 and 8 yard dumpsters, or beyond the 14 day period for 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 yard dumpsters require a 48 hour notice from the scheduled pick up date. 413 Dumpster cannot guarantee an extension if asking for one less than 48 hours before your pick up date. Extensions are billed to the account at $10 per day.
If rescheduling your rental, please give at least a 24 hour notice with your new preferred delivery date.
You are able to call or schedule an earlier pick up for no additional fee. If you finish using your rental before your scheduled pick up date, let us know and we can have it picked up that same day, or the very next day if scheduling allows it!

After the checkout process, 413 Dumpster automatically emails you a confirmation for your dumpster rental. This confirmation email includes all booking details, a copy of your receipt, reminders to prepare for your rental and avoid extra fees, a list of prohibited items, and a copy of your rental contract available for e-signing.

413 Dumpster has new, state of the art equipment and dumpsters. Our 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 yard dumpsters all have a rear door (8 feet wide) that can swing open in entirety to make it easy for you to walk in trash!
To operate the door on the dumpster (if standing at the rear and facing the dumpster), please remove the pin on the lower left of the dumpster, and lift the handle to release the door. If you are present for delivery, our drivers will show you how to operate and close the door to make your project easier and safer!
